Refunds for change of mind

Generally, a store does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase you must have the original receipt and the items/s must be in as sold condition.

Please choose your item/s carefully as we DO NOT offer refunds. With change of mind or incorrect sizing customers are able to return their item/s to SJK Country CC at their own expense and will be issued with their choice of exchange for another item or credit voucher.

All return postage costs need to be covered by yourself – tracked postage is recommended as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit

Damaging made to products as a result of incorrect fitting or sizing will be at the cost of the buyer

All returns are processed as store credits

No returns or exchanges on SUPER SALE items

FAULTY GOODS
If you receive goods which have a manufacturers fault please contact us describing the fault and images of the product. I will then send all details to the manufacturer to remedy the problem for you.

WRONG SIZE
I ask that if you are unsure of sizing that you PLEASE contact me prior to completing your purchase! I sell these products every day and I am more than happy to send measurements and compare measurements to items you already own – to check that your new purchase will be just right for you.
