Online Returns & Refunds

SJK strives to deliver your online order in the fastest possible time. We do understand that there may be some instances where a return of purchase is warranted due to faulty/damaged goods. Every case will be reviewed on an individual basis depending reason for return.

If you need to discuss a return of item, please contact us by email sjkwesternwear@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of goods.

To return an item, the product must be in original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.

Regular Sales Returns are Processed as Store Credit.

CLEARANCE ITEMS:  Strictly NO Refunds NO Exchanges. Please ask for measurements before purchasing.
